CAREERS - Sales and Marketing Coordinator - IIS (temp to hire)

Location: 
Corporate Office - Costa Mesa
7:30am - 4:30pm M-F, and overtime as required
 
Education/Certification:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Requires a minimum of six years of clerical and administrative support experience, with a minimum of three years in a sales and marketing operations environment
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop monthly, quarterly and annual pipeline and inside sales reports from SFDC
  • Assist Marketing Manager in planning and executing all marketing event logistics
  • Track and report on the results of all event marketing activities with assistants from the Marketing Manager
  • Manage all aspects of Salesforce.com lead management tool
  • Works closely with Marketing Director and assists on marketing programs and activities.
  • Specify and acquire promotional items as needed
  • Responsible for tracking all MDF funding for appropriate partners by working with Marketing Director
  • Maintain and track all documentation for each event for record keeping and proof of concept for partner reimbursement
  • Assist VP of Sales in administrator duties, such as travel arrangements, expenses, arranging meetings, catering, typical admin duties
 
Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of marketing operations concepts and procedures Excellent PC skills Understanding of sales CRM applications
  • Strong process orientation and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage the details of several initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and outgoing disposition
  • Self-motivated, energetic team player
  • Ability to interface with all levels of staff and executives
 
Skills/Abilities:
  • Expert proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access, MS Project and SFDC
  • Basic understanding of Company products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
