CAREERS - Jr. End of Lease Administrator (temp to hire)

Location: 
Corporate Office - Costa Mesa
7:30am - 4:30pm M-F, and overtime as required
 
Education/Certification:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
 
Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry to the End of Lease Department terms, conditions, and practices database
  • Assist in the billing adjustment process for equipment returned, renewed, purchased, or kept on Month-to-Month or Quarter-to-Quarter rental renewal periods.
  • Reconcile returned equipment inventory records from Insight Systems Exchange division and associate to lease schedule equipment.
  • Review equipment return records and associated expenses for appropriate accounting cost allocation and customer billing.
  • Maintain asset information records and updates according to outlined processes.
  • Prepare reconciliation reports for maturing leases and end of term activity.
  • Record termination notice given by Lessees and communicate with team members when lessee requirements have not been met.
  • Generate chargeback statements for equipment returns that are not in compliance with lease return standards.
  • Prepare invoicing to lessees for end of term services coordinated by the End of Lease Dept. such as transportation and data destructions.
 
Qualifications:
  • Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including but not limited to: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
  • Experience in documentation preparation or contracts development/negotiation a plus
